What this policy covers

This policy applies to the motivametrics.com website. It explains which data we process when you browse the site, fill in contact forms or use the calculators, tests and diagnostic tools.

This policy does not govern data processing inside the Motiva Metrics platform. When an organisation uses the platform to measure employee experience, the roles and obligations of the organisation and of Motiva Metrics are set out in a separate agreement, in line with applicable law.

1. What do we collect, and why?

  • Contact and demo forms - we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company name, an employee-count range and your message. We use this data to answer your enquiry or arrange the demo you asked for. The legal basis for processing is determined by the nature of your request and applicable law.
  • The calculators - the figures you enter are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers, except when you ask us to email you the breakdown. In that case we process the data needed to prepare and send the reply you asked for.
  • Tests and diagnostics - the short tests on the site are for orientation self-assessment and are no substitute for a professional psychological assessment. By the way these tools work, answers are not written to a separate answer database; the result is encoded in the link you get at the end of the test. If you ask for the report by email, we process your email address and the link needed to send it. Technical processing of requests, including any server logs, also depends on how the system works.
  • Contact after a diagnostic - if you tick, on the report form, that you would like us to contact you, we also collect your name and, optionally, your company name, an employee-count range and a phone number. We use this data to get in touch about the result. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. If you do not tick this option, we will not contact you for this purpose.
  • Where you came from - if the link you used to reach the site carries campaign tags such as UTM parameters, we may use them to work out which source led to the enquiry. The tags may be passed along with a form you send. Whether they are kept in your browser depends on the cookie settings and your choice about analytics.
  • Analytics - with your consent to analytics cookies, we may collect statistics on how the site is used, such as the pages visited. If you decline analytics cookies, the analytics tools that require that consent are not loaded.
  • Server logs and language choice - the web server processes technical records, which may include your IP address, to deliver content, for security and to fix errors. The site may also use a cookie that remembers your language choice, so the right version is shown on your next visit. We do not use logs to build user profiles.
  • Language preference - a cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Serbian, so you are not sent to the wrong version on your next visit.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.
  • We do not automatically sign you up for a newsletter because you filled in a form or asked for a report.
  • We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this website.
  • We do not use the data you enter into the calculators for any purpose other than those explained in this policy.

Who has access to the data

To run the site we use service providers who may process data to the extent needed to provide their services:

  • Email delivery provider - lets us receive your messages and send the replies, confirmations or reports you asked for.
  • Scheduling provider - used if you choose to open the demo booking tool. Its content loads only when you open that tool, and the data you enter there is processed under its own privacy rules.
  • Web analytics - used only when you have accepted analytics cookies.
  • Hosting infrastructure - processes the technical requests needed to deliver and run the site.

How long we keep data

We keep contact enquiries and report requests for as long as needed to answer your request and complete the conversation, plus an additional period where needed for follow-up questions or legal obligations. If you ask us to delete them, we will handle the request in line with applicable law.

Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and error fixing. How long analytics data is kept depends on the settings of the system used and the rules set out in the cookie policy.

Your rights

Under Serbian data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may have the right to ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. In the cases the law provides for, you can object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

If you want to exercise your rights or have a question about data processing, write to us at the email address given at the end of this document. We will reply within the legal deadline. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Data on the Motiva Metrics platform

When your organisation uses Motiva Metrics to measure employee experience, the roles of the organisation and of Motiva Metrics in processing the data are set out in a separate agreement. The organisation decides the purposes of the measurement and the data collected, while Motiva Metrics acts on the agreed instructions and in line with applicable law.

The platform is designed so that answers are shown in aggregated form and groups with fewer than five respondents are not shown. These measures serve to reduce the risk of identifying individual answers. The actual level of protection also depends on how views, filters, reports and access to data are configured. More on the technical and organisational protection measures is on the “Security and privacy” page.

Changes to the privacy policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date of the last change at the top of the document. We will inform users in an appropriate way about significant changes that affect how data is processed.

Change of 18 September 2026: added the tests and the diagnostics, consent to contact after a diagnostic, and the processing of campaign tags.
