Step one - Measure
The right data leads to the right solutions.
You choose who is measured and when. Everything after that - invitations, reminders, delivery problems, closing, processing - happens without anyone chasing it.
01
Define the measurement
Give it a title, a start and an end date, and pick which departments receive it - or repeat a previous measurement.
- Participants chosen by department
- Scheduled start and end dates
- Run now, or finish early, at any point
- Repeat a previous measurement as a clone
New measurement
Draft - not yet started
Title
Employee measurement - H1 2026
Starts
01.04.2026.
Ends
15.04.2026.
Who receives it
- Sales48
- Operations72
- Engineering41
- Support23
- Legal3
200 employees will receive an invitation
02
Ten minutes, one question at a time
Employees get a personal link by email - no account, no password, nothing to install. The questionnaire opens with a plain explanation of what it is for, how long it takes and why it is confidential, then asks one question at a time with a progress indicator.
- No login for respondents
- One question per screen
- Confidentiality guaranteed
- Serbian or English version

Your answers are never shown against your name. Results are only ever displayed for groups, and any group smaller than five people is hidden entirely.
03
Invitations and reminders send themselves
Measurements that are due start automatically, reminders go out a set number of days before the end, and measurements that have expired are closed. You can also send reminders by hand the moment you notice the response rate is low.
- Automatic start on the scheduled date
- Reminders before the deadline
- Automatic close and analysis of results
- Manual reminders whenever you want them
04
You can see where every email went
Delivery status comes back from the mail provider for each recipient - delivered, bounced, delayed, complained.
- Per-recipient delivery status
- Problem addresses grouped and visible
- Resend to one person
- Response status: done, started, not started, failed
What you have when it closes
No guesswork, available straight away.
- 01
The response rate, and a list of who has not answered yet
- 02
Invalid responses already excluded by the control questions
- 03
Results processed and available the moment the measurement closes
- 04
A baseline for tracking how things change
