Tests for employees
How are you, really, at work?
Three short tests to help you understand your own experience at work better. Check how exhausted you are, what motivates you, and whether you are pulling back from your job. Each test takes two to three minutes. You get the result straight away, with no sign-up and no email. It is an orientation self-assessment, not a psychological diagnosis.

How were the tests built?
Short tests. Clearly stated limits.
The tests were designed on the basis of relevant theoretical models and research in work psychology. The burnout test draws on the three dimensions of burnout, the motivation test on Self-Determination Theory and a multidimensional approach to work motivation, and the quiet-quitting test covers the characteristics most often associated with the phenomenon.
These short tests are for personal orientation. Their questions and scoring have not been validated as psychometric instruments, and the results are not interpreted against norms from a representative sample. So treat them as a prompt for reflection, not a final assessment.
When working with organisations, Motiva Metrics uses validated scales and a broader analytical approach, to give a more reliable basis for understanding employee experience.
