Tests
How exhausted are you by work?
Burnout does not arrive all at once. Energy goes first, then meaning, and finally the sense that you are good at what you do. Fifteen questions show where you are on that path - by dimension, not in one word.

What you get
- A burnout index from 0 to 100 and what it means
- The three dimensions separately: exhaustion, cynicism, loss of efficacy
- A result link you can share, and the full report by email if you want it
15 questions · about 3 min · Orientation, not a diagnosis.
Your answers stay with you. The result is encoded in the link - no name, no email - and only the people you send it to can see it.
The three dimensions - exhaustion, cynicism and professional efficacy - are Christina Maslach's framework, the most widely used model of burnout in the literature. The questions are ours, written for this site, and not a validated instrument: they show where you are, they do not diagnose. The third dimension is expressed as loss of efficacy so that all three point the same way - higher is worse. When working with organisations, Motiva Metrics uses validated scales and a broader analytical approach, to give a more reliable basis for understanding employee experience.
