Tests
Are you a “quiet quitter”?
Quiet quitting is not laziness and it is not resignation. It is a decision, often an unconscious one, that the job gets what the contract says and nothing else: no initiative, no extra, none of you. Twelve questions show how far you have withdrawn - and from where.

What you get
- A quiet-quitting index from 0 to 100 and what it means
- Three dimensions separately: the minimum, distance, mental exit
- A result link you can share, and the full report by email if you want it
12 questions · about 2 min · Orientation, not a diagnosis.
Your answers stay with you. The result is encoded in the link - no name, no email - and only the people you send it to can see it.
Quiet quitting has no standard instrument - the term is younger than the research on it. This questionnaire measures the three things every description of it repeats: working to the minimum, emotional distance, and having mentally left. The questions are ours, written for this site, and orientation only. The effort items are phrased as going beyond the minimum and reversed, so all three dimensions point the same way - higher means more withdrawn. When working with organisations, Motiva Metrics uses validated scales and a broader analytical approach, to give a more reliable basis for understanding employee experience.
